How Do I Use the 24-Hr Telephone Teller INSTRUCTIONS : Dial (417) 623-1127. You will be instructed to enter your account number, followed by the pound (#) sign key . * Enter your personal identification number (PIN), followed by the pound (#) sign key . (You will be given your PIN at the time you open your account. If for some reason you did not receive this PIN you will need to stop by one of of locations and a Member Service Representative will be glad to give you that information). Due to safety procedures, your PIN information will NOT be given over the phone. * You will be asked for a transaction code, enter the transaction code or press the pound (#) sign key for a current menu of valid transaction codes -followed by the pound (#) sign key . Remember to press the pound (#) sign key after EVERY entry . The pound (#) sign key is used to signify the completion of an entry. Think of it as an Enter key . When entering dollar amounts , YOU MUST ENTER BOTH DOLLARS AND CENTS . (Example: $100.00 press: 10000#) . At any time should you enter the wrong information and want to re-enter it, please press ** and then the correct information. You can make transfers between two separate accounts but it is very important that you set this up BEFOREHAND with our new accounts person. You will use suffix 678# for the transfer. Transaction codes and Account suffixes are available on the automated telephone teller or by brochure.
