Savings Account & Your Membership
When you join JMCU, a $25 membership share is required that must stay in your savings account for as long as you are a member of the credit union.
If your credit union membership is cancelled before 90 days, your $25 membership share will not be returned to you. However, if after 90 days you no longer wish to be a member of the credit union and your account is in good standing the $25 is returned to you.
Hopefully, you will decide to make you and your family members for a long time! Your savings account earns a competitive dividend rate that is paid quarterly.
